On February 22, the People's Government of Zhengzhou issued a notice on printing and distributing the 2023 National economic and social Development Plan of Zhengzhou. It clearly pointed out that in 2023, 82 key cultural and tourism projects, such as Zhengzhou Tourism Distribution Center, Zhengzhou National Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall, Zhengzhou Chinese Road of Rejuvenation and Zhengzhou Haichang Ocean Park, should be promoted. It aims to receive 130 million tourists and generate 145 billion yuan in tourism revenue.

According to the 2023 National Economic And Social Development Plan issued by Zhengzhou, the city should continue to carry out cultural and tourism consumption activities, steadily carry out the construction of national cultural and tourism consumption demonstration city, and earnestly do well in the establishment of national and provincial night cultural tourism consumption gathering area and national cultural export base.
