今年9月11日,伴随着长长的汽笛声,一列满载着造纸设备、造纸添加剂等货物的中欧班列(中豫号)从郑州国际陆港驶出,经二连浩特出境后,驶往俄罗斯乌兰乌德。这标志着中欧班列(中豫号)再添新线路,班列运行版图再次扩大,中欧班列(中豫号)在服务河南省高水平对外开放的道路上迈出新步伐。
2014年5月10日,习近平总书记视察郑州国际陆港时,勉励郑州国际陆港要“建成连通境内外、辐射东中西的物流通道枢纽,为丝绸之路经济带建设多做贡献”,为中欧班列高质量开行与郑州国际陆港开放平台建设发展指明了方向。
一路风雨一路歌。8年来,郑州国际陆港公司始终坚持把习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为干好一切工作的思想武器,不断拉高标杆、持续加压奋进,使得郑州国际物流通道枢纽建设呈现出新的枢纽优势转变、服务质量和效益明显提升的良好发展态势。

构建物流新枢纽 打通国际陆路物流经贸通道
2013年7月18日,首班从郑州出发至德国汉堡的国际货运班列开行,这标志着我省陆上丝绸之路建设实现“从无到有”的实质性进展,弥补了河南省“不沿边、不临江、不靠海”的短板,为河南省对外贸易物流降本增效、提质扩量提供运力保障,助推郑州成为内陆省会对外开放前沿。
从2013年开行之初仅单向去程开行,到目前每周去程16班、回程18班常态化往返均衡对开;从前期只有专列到发展成为公共班列服务平台;从只有一个出入境口岸、一个境外站点到初步实现“连通境内外、辐射东中西”,这是一个充满未知与挑战的曲折历程、也是一个非凡巨变的历程。
十年前,中欧班列作为一种新兴的国际物流运输方式,并不为大众所熟识和接受。近年来,郑州发车的中欧班列数量从2013年年开行13班增长到2021年年开行1508班;从初期由新疆阿拉山口单一出境口岸、郑州—德国汉堡单一线路发展到“十一站点、七口岸”的国际物流网络,构建了多站点多口岸国际物流网络和“1+N”境内外物流枢纽体系,畅通郑州通向欧洲、中亚、东盟以及日韩等四个方向的国际物流干线通道,实现线路多元化、网络广覆盖,境外业务网络遍布欧盟、中亚、俄罗斯及亚太地区30多个国家130多个城市,境内外合作伙伴超过6000家。
2020年7月6日,郑州以创新能力、高质量开行、信息化应用水平、班列运营规范、区位条件优势、中欧班列枢纽效应等优势,获批国家五个中欧班列集结中心(郑州、重庆、成都、西安、乌鲁木齐)中东部唯一中欧班列集结中心。作为中欧班列集结中心枢纽城市,郑州对促进中欧班列开行由“点对点”向“枢纽对枢纽”转变,加快形成“干支结合、枢纽集散”的高效集疏国际物流体系。
助力打造“一带一路”明星品牌 奋笔书写“陆上丝路”精彩答卷
起初,中欧班列(中豫号·郑州)是河南省内陆地区除海运、空运以外的“新选择”,经过近十年的发展,河南省陆上丝绸之路从起初的“商贸路”逐步发展成产业和人口集聚的“经济带”,从早期的“新选择”变成了企业合作的“稳定器”。从开始创新“一单制”“门到门”全链条服务,到打造“数字班列”“冷链班列”和“运贸一体”等中欧班列“郑州模式”,中欧班列奋笔书写了陆上丝绸之路的精彩答卷。
不仅“走出去”,还要“引进来”。郑州开行的中欧班列自运营以来,不断创新,由最初的班列业务进军到国际贸易,并实现“以运带贸,运贸一体”发展,改变了过去进口商品销售路径从沿海向内陆的传统格局,成为中欧班列带动产业发展的旗舰项目。同时带动功能性口岸联动发展,成为中部地区首条跨境电商商品物流专线和全国首条进出口双向运邮集散分拨的运输通道,引领带动汽车、肉类、粮食、跨境电商等口岸经济融合发展,货运种类由最初的单一产品拓展至目前涵盖上万种产品,门类齐全、货源多样,形成班列带产业、产业促班列的发展格局,助力枢纽经济、口岸经济发展。
疫情防控期间,中欧班列(中豫号·郑州)持续保持常态化开行,为保障国内大循环、国内国际双循环提供畅通贸易通道,为稳外贸和保国际供应链、产业链稳定畅通提供有力支撑,为进一步做好“六稳”工作、落实“六保”任务奠定良好基础。
搭建中欧经贸合作通道 打造内陆对外开放新高地
自2014年5月10日习近平总书记视察郑州国际陆港以来,带着总书记的殷殷期望,中欧班列(中豫号·郑州)加速驰骋于亚欧大陆间,成为中欧经贸合作的桥梁。经过多年的发展,班列稳居中欧班列“第一方阵”,做到开行质量领先、市场化程度领先、创新能力领先、硬件设施领先、信息化程度领先和国内国际双物流枢纽网络布局领先的中欧班列典型。
如今,河南开放通道优势凸显,陆上丝绸之路由“连点成线”到“织线成网”,联系了“一带一路”沿线经济,联系了“一带一路”国家的合作,也联系了“一带一路”各国人民的心,打造出了功能齐全、服务高效、内捷外畅的内陆开放新高地。
未来,郑州国际陆港将持续围绕“连通境内外,辐射东中西的物流通道枢纽”建设,聚焦制度对外开放战略,着力将分散优势变成集中优势,推动全省国际陆港集成联动和中欧班列扩量提质发展。

Ten years ago, the China Railway Express, as a new way of international logistics transportation, was not well known and accepted by the public.
In recent years, the number of China-Europe freight trains running in Zhengzhou has increased from 13 in 2013 to 1,508 in 2021.
From the initial stage, it developed from a single exit port of Alashan in Xinjiang Province and a single route of Zhengzhou to Hamburg in Germany to an international logistics network of "11 stations and 7 ports", and built a multi-station and multi-port international logistics network and a "1+N" domestic and foreign logistics hub system. Zhengzhou has unblocked the international logistics trunk routes from Europe, Central Asia, Association of Southeast Asian Nations, Japan and South Korea, realizing the diversification of routes and wide network coverage. The overseas business network covers more than 130 cities in more than 30 countries in the European Union, Central Asia, Russia and the Asia-Pacific region, and more than 6,000 domestic and foreign partners.
On July 6, 2020,With the advantages of innovation ability, high-quality operation, informatization application level, freight train operation standards, location advantages, the hub effect of China-Europe freight train and so on, Zhengzhou has been approved as the only central and eastern China freight train assembly center among the five national China-Europe freight train assembly centers (Zhengzhou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi 'an and Urumqi).
As the central hub city of China Railway Express, Zhengzhou is conducive to promoting its transformation from "point-to-point" to "hub-to-hub", and accelerating the formation of an efficient international logistics system of "combination of trunk and branch, hub and distribution".
At first, the China-Europe freight train (Zhongyu, Zhengzhou) is a "new choice" in inland areas of Henan Province besides sea transportation and air transportation, while after nearly 10 years of development, the Land Silk Road in Henan Province has gradually developed from a "commercial and trade road" into an "economic belt" of industrial and population agglomeration, and from a "new choice" in the early stage, it has become a "stabilizer" for enterprise cooperation.
Since its operation,it has been constantly innovating, advancing from the initial freight train business to international trade, and realizing the development of "transport with trade, transport and trade in one". It has changed the traditional pattern of the sales path of imported commodities from the coastal to the inland, and become the flagship project of China-Europe freight train to drive the industrial development.
The China Railway Express at the same time becomes thee first cross-border e-commerce commodity logistics special line in central China and the first two-way import and export mail collection and distribution transport channel in China, leading and driving the integrated economic development of automobile, meat, grain, cross-border e-commerce and other ports.The freight category has expanded from a single product at the beginning to cover tens of thousands of products with complete categories and diverse sources of goods, forming a development pattern of freight train industry and industry promoting freight train, helping the development of hub economy and port economy.
The land Silk Road has connected the economies along the Belt and Road, the cooperation of the Belt and Road countries, and the hearts of the people of the countries along the Belt and Road.
